Part-time French Courses are free, and you can benefit from allowances and incentives. It is offered in three time slots: morning, afternoon and evening; Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are offered Monday to Thursday.
Please note that you will be evaluated, and results may be used as proof of French proficiency to submit an application for Canadian citizenship.
We offer three ways to improve in your new language:
You will be offered participation in a Reading to Children program. An opportunity to lose the embarrassment and an experience to repeat with your own children at home.
Once a week, you can join a small group to practice French conversation. These meetings are led by a qualified speaker who will suggest topics to discuss in a relaxed environment.
If you are interested in improving your written communication, you can choose to take part in creative writing workshops which are also organized once a week and led by a qualified speaker.
